Zokin (pronounced ZHO-keen) was a term in Tradertalk referring to the credit listed against a Trader's name in the ledgers of their people. There were two kinds of zokin. For one the Trader's actual savings, the person's part of the caravan's or ship's profits. The second form of zokin is personal honor and standing among the other Traders.
