| - Denbury v Axbridge was a match which took place on Sunday 15th July 2012 at Denbury Cricket Ground. Axbridge played with 12 players in this game. The second game of the tour took place at the South Hams village of Denbury. Axbridge again won the toss and captain Dean Packham elected to bat. A damp but drying wicket with a slow outfield meant runs were hard to come by. Nick Jarman played some fine shots on his way to 20 but a middle-order collapse meant an early finish looked on the cards at 67-9. Once again a partnership between Jarman and Greenhalgh, although this time for Axbridge, had an impact as they steered the tourists to 101-9. Axbridge started well when they took to the field, thanks to tight bowling by openers Mike Day (1-14) and Liam Jones (2-30), and the modest total suddenly looked defendable. Greenhalgh also bowled well and Davies again got vital wickets but Denbury's Sebastian Born plugged away to make an important 42 as Axbridge's total eventually proved well short.
