  • Spark, later known as Lt. Surge is a character appearing in Pokémon GO, and later also in Pokémon <default>Spark or Lt. Surge</default> Age Height Weight Gender Eye Color Hair Color Hometown Reigon Relatives Trainer Class Destiny . He used to be the leader of a Pokémon Investigation Team known as Team Instinct, a team that believed in the instincts and abilities of Pokémon. But after the month of the Killing Climate, all members left Spark and joined Team Mystic. For a long time, Spark had nowhere to go, he then decided to join the Pokémon Army. He then started calling himself Lt. Surge. But during one of his missions as the captain of a Pokémon Squad, he was supposed to find Celebi and use it to go back in time and prevent the war he was fighting in. But in self defense, Celebi sent Lt.Surge back in time. He woke up ten years earlier in the USA, and after remaining there for fifteen years and preventing American wars, he went back to Kanto and became the Gym Leader of Vermilion City. Nobody ever found out that the American Lt. Surge and the Team Instinct leader Spark were one and the same person.
