Could It Be That I'm In Love was the Irish entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 1991 in Rome performed by Kim Jackson. The song, written by the previous year's Irish representative, Liam Reilly, is a ballad with Jackson confessing her feelings to her lover. She sings that she is unsure of exactly what her feelings mean, but wonders if they mean that she is in love with him.
