The Chicken of the Apocalypse was the key deity of one of the many religions of the Jaftee. The religion began after one of the Jaftee heard a chicken state that the end of the world was coming. They slaughtered it and examined the entrails, deciding soon after to worship it as a god. Upon the return of the Cult of Shining Darkness, the Jaftee renounced this belief and began to worship Donna Noble as the "Ginger Goddess". (PROSE: Shining Darkness).
