Dekkard came and posted what the shop was for to help prevent people from worrying about the economy: "Nulavatar and this shop system well...bite.. In the future we wont need that shop, but right now if you don't have the item in a shop the system doesn't think it exists and so it wont work. So for old unavailable items to work it has to be in a shop, that's the shop." As of the new shop system, this shop was no longer needed, and thus, as far as we know, the shop has been removed.
