The LPW Rookie of the Year is an award, previously known as an achievement award, given annually by e-wrestling promotion Lords of Pain Wrestling (LPW) which recognizes the best e-wrestler of the year who, in that year, had the most impact during their first year in the promotion as a handler, as voted by their peers. As it is a rookie award, wrestlers can only qualify once, unless they competed during the final six months of the year, then they eligible for the following year in addition.
