(TNG novel: Diplomatic Implausibility) In 2379 a Klingon rebel group calling themselves Klahb attempted to take over the embassy. Wu was among those who were captured. He initially attempted to speak to his captors, but soon encouraged Alexander Rozhenko to do so instead. Eventually the embassy was freed by Worf. The invaders would be prosecuted by the Klingon authorities, but Wu would be present at any proceedings, including interrogations, as a Federation representative.
