Gerald Charles Lowrey (February 14, 1906 – October 20, 1979) was a Canadian professional ice hockey forward who played 6 seasons in the National Hockey League for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Pittsburgh Pirates, Philadelphia Quakers, Chicago Black Hawks and Ottawa Senators. He was born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He started out with the University of Ottawa in the Ottawa City Senior League in 1921-22. He then played senior hockey in Northern Ontario and London, Ontario from 1922-26. He retired in 1942.

He was born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He started out with the University of Ottawa in the Ottawa City Senior League in 1921-22. He then played senior hockey in Northern Ontario and London, Ontario from 1922-26. Lowrey turned pro with the London Panthers in 1926-27. In 1927-28 Lowrey became a Toronto Maple Leaf and remained in the National Hockey League until 1932-33. He played a total of 211 NHL games, scoring 48 goals and 48 assists with 148 penalty minutes, After 1933, Lowrey spent 5 seasons in the minor pros. After taking the 1937-38 season off, he returned to senior hockey, playing with the Hull Volants, Ottawa Montagnards, and the Cameron Highlanders of Ottawa. He retired in 1942.
