Flood [Passive]: As long as DIABLO is on the screen, 3 Ceramic Bloons, 3 Lead Bloons, and 3 Zebra Bloons enter the track per 2 seconds. Intimidation [Passive]: Every 10 seconds, all towers lose their confidence for 1 second and cannot attack. Only super monkeys, because of their limitless courage, aren't affected by this. DIABLO has existed since Bloons Pop Three, but never revealed himself until Endless Bloons Tower Defence.
