Like the show's other contestants, Bill Walrus dressed up like Robotnik, with a fake nose, moustache and giant teeth. He also wore a traffic cone on his head and used a Sonic the Hedgehog-shaped hand puppet, and introduced himself as "Doctor "Don't call me cone-head" Robotnik". When Troopers arrived to shut down the broadcast, Bill helped to confuse them by pretending to be Robotnik and giving them orders.

- As part of a pirate broadcast that interrupted Doctor Ivo Robotnik's public speech, Bill Walrus attended the Mock the Doc game show and particpated as one of the contestants. His act consisted of him wearing a traffic cone to imitate Robotnik's "conehead", as well as a ginger moustache, large teeth, a red nose and a hand-puppet of Sonic the Hedgehog. His impression of the dictator focused on his inability to defeat his worst enemy, although seemingly praised him for being able to beat everybody else.

Upon learning of the show, Robotnik sent Trooper Badniks to intercept the show. However, the stupid robots took one look at Walrus and assumed their leader was at the broadcast. They continued to be confused by the numerous other Robotnik clones, particularly when Walrus and the others convinced them to follow different masters. Walrus then watched as the Troopers tore each other apart.
