It was set in the Red Alert Universe, primarily focusing on unit and structure designs from the War of the Three Powers. Only the Allies, Soviets and the Empire of the Rising Sun are visible in the provided screenshots. It was to have similar gameplay to Command & Conquer: Tiberium Alliances. User Darth Tenebra uploaded the images on EVA Database on 13 February 2017. The French fansite C&C Saga publicly revealed the game's existence on 15 February 2017, showing 14 images from the cancelled game. The game was in development by 1 July 2013, which was around the time the studio was closed by Electronic Arts. On 19 February 2017, CnCSaga.com discovered seven more pieces of concept art, one of which was a shore cannon with Imperial insignia.
