- This Place Is Death is de vijfde aflevering van Seizoen 5 die in de Verenigde Staten werd uitgezonden op 11 februari 2009, in Nederland op Net 5 op 10 juli 2009 en in Vlaanderen op VT4 op 7 september 2009. De aflevering is vernoemd naar een uitspraak van Charlotte over het eiland. Vlak nadat Jin werd ontdekt op zee door het Franse wetenschappelijke team, werd hij ondervraagd waar hij vandaan kwam.
