Seifert was a Havenite citizen and an officer of the Office of State Security. In 1910 PD, Seifert was a People's Commissioner assigned to the heavy cruiser PNS Falchion during her deployment to the Silesian Confederacy as part of Admiral Javier Giscard's Task Force 29. Commissioner Seifert died along the rest of Falchion's crew when the heavy cruiser was destroyed by the Manticoran Q-ship HMAMC Scheherazade at the Tyler's Star System. (HH6)
