Link can obtain Chickaloo Tree Nuts by killing certain small birds or occasionally find them in trees in certain areas, though they are not as common as Acorns. They are generally spawn in forests such as the Forest of Spirits on the Great Plateau or Korok Forest in the Great Hyrule Forest region. They can also be sometimes found spawning in odd places such as three of them can be found in one of the aqueduct-like waterways in Zora's Domain, which will occasionally respawn when Link leaves the area. Hunting Small Birds is a reliable way to obtain them, but Link must be very stealthy and attack from a distance with a bow as small birds are quick to fly away and hard to shoot in the air due to their size.
