  • Strassonist Nationalism (also known as Strasso-Nationalism) is a political movement which was identified by European media in April 2015. The school of thought advocates Strassonist and social revolution as a means of liberation of ethnic minorities or separatist movements in Europe. The movement was first identified by Gaulish media in 2015, known as "le nationalisme strassoniste" in regards to the impact of the Flemish Revolution on the rest of Europe with a greater lean towards Strassonist thought. This lean towards Strassonist thought was particularly notable in areas of Europe with sufficient ethnic minorities who advocate independence and separatism, and further promoting the Strassonist tenet of Civic Nationalism . The Strasso-Nationalism movement is widely believed to have been an impact of the 2014-15 Flemish Revolution in Belgium, advocating Flemish independence and liberation of both the Flemish people, and the working class. Thus creating a state run for the interests of the people and humanity under the ideology of Strassonism. The movement has also been related to dissatisfaction with European governments, particularly in Spain, the Eurozone Crisis, the want for social progressivism, and as a protest against austerity.
