| - The Cualli are a race of swamp-dwelling evil lizardmen who are opposed to the good Mazatl. Cualli civilisation trait is "cold-blooded" which means that anarchy doesn't last more than 1 round, leader cannot adopt state religion and the chance of religions spreading to Cuallan cities is significantly reduced. Cold-blooded Cualli also can build assassins and agents +50% faster. National hero. Cuallan national hero is Miquiztli. He cannot be built but rather upgraded from a level 6 Priest of Agruonn or Assassin. Once he is created futher level 6 units can become Shadow Priests of Agruonn. Miquiztli is the first and the most dangerous of the Shadow Priests with a substanial bonus to poison damage he inflicts. He also casts tier 3 spells normally unattainable by other Shadow Priests: Stoneskin, Create Flesh Golem, Summon Phantasm and Shadowwalk. Civilisation spell. Cuallan World Spell is Slave Drive. It requires Way of the Wicked tech and creates slave pits in all current cities granting +4 citzen specialists. Other traits. Cualli benefit from: 1 food from Marsh, 1 food from Jungle, one hammer from Jungle and 0.25 health from Jungle. Cuallan climateform is Wetland. Trivia. Capital of Cualli is Yayauhqui. Palace mana provides access to Water (elemental), Body (alteration) and Shadow (necromancy). Cuallan patron god is Esus (whom they call Agruonn). Civilisation flavour - Cualli are your typical lizardmen, cruel slavers with a love for poison and striking from shadows. Works nicely with the Svartalfar recreating the "vanilla" lizardmen/drow relationships.
