Lake Turkana, also known as Lake Rudolph, is a large body of water located at the northern tip of Kenya which covers an area of 7000 km². Its maximum depth is 73 m. Many ancient hominid (human) fossil discoveries were made at this site. In the Xenosaga series it was the site of an excavation operation in A.D. 20XX. The team, led by one Dr. T. Masuda, discovered the Original Zohar, as well as Lemegeton.
