His early credits for Digital Domain were as a digital artist on the 1995 films Apollo 13 and Strange Days and as digital paraphernalia supervisor for Paramount Pictures' 1997 blockbuster Titanic (which featured David Warner). Later, he was the computer graphics supervisor for 2000's Supernova and Red Planet and the digital effects supervisor on 2001's The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring and 2002's We Were Soldiers.
