After the Penthanians unleashed UnMagick, the people of Secia were transformed into Secians. The city of Secia, along with much of the land, was ravaged after UnMagick was released and the city is thought to be abandoned. There is a rumor that the Secians relocated and founded a new city, New Secia, although it's existence is unconfirmed.
