His body was rusting, from overtime, so he left it, only with his head (still a 2037 thing because his head could be its own person), then got rebuilt in a newer, stronger body. Jazzimus didn't notice the Decepticons were taking over most of the planets, and killing lots of Autobots and the Autobots on some bases, so, but when he did, he fought against Megatron in one of his first battles against him, along with other Autobots. In most of those first battles, lots of Autobots got slaughtered, sadly, though the Aerialbots always kept on bombing the crap out of the Decepticons. That led to the Decepticons using Kamikaze Drones.
