Details: Elmer Locker Jr. was the owner of "The Ball", a private Gentlemen's Club in Santa Monica, CA from 1964 to 1985. He was arrested after he was discovered in connection with John and Cecilia Keating with a deadly and highly dangerous meth lab. His brother, Bob Locker, helped to bail the Keatings out of jail by putting up his house as collateral, and Elmer's parents put their house up as collateral as well to help bail their son out, but Elmer and the Keatings jumped bail and went on the run.
