Description
| - We've gotten reports of 20 Golembombers spread across the Ridgeback Highlands, and the second they see a Rook we've sent in, they fire off an explosive blast to knock them unconscious. We desperately need to clear these beasts out of the area, or else we'll lose the progress we've made on the Ground.
- Golembombers won't immediately recognize you as a threat, and neither will most aggressive Mimics! However, if you take damage by bumping into a Mimic, they'll notice you -- and you'll lose some of that precious Sporedust that keeps you safe. If you get hurt while in a room with a Golembomber, they'll also become alerted for a while so you can't attack them.
- Here's where things get tricky: To sneak in and take down these Golembombers, you'll need to cloak yourself in Sporedust so they don't recognize you as a human. I've sent plans for the construction of a Spore Duster to the Rooks and Banderos in the Ridgeback Highlands, and they should have assembled one near the Drop Point. When you land in the area, walk through the Spore Duster to cloak yourself in Sporedust.
- Even with the Sporedust, if you rush in and attack a Golembomber, they'll notice you and set off the alarm. You'll need to hit the packs on their backs while they're turned away to successfully defeat them. But be careful: If you run out of Sporedust, or if a Golembomber notices you, you'll be knocked out!
- As you can tell, this is a risky mission -- though it's essential to our success on the Ground as well! Be swift and be stealthy, and reclaim the Ridgeback Highlands from the Golembombers!
