| - When Victoria returned to Tree Hill and found Sam living with Brooke she initially accused the girl of mooching off Brooke, but eventually they bonded with Victoria claiming to like her spunky attitude. Brooke, however, assessed that Victoria was simply trying to be a mother to Sam due to her own failings with her own daughter. Victoria grew fond of Sam as she told it like it was, telling Victoria to stop being a bitch and to be nicer to Brooke. When it looked as if they would lose Sam, Victoria fought back and tried to ensure that Sam remained a "Davis". However, Sam eventually chose to live with her birth mother and Victoria was deeply affected by her departure choosing to bury her head in work rather than to deal with her emotions.

| - Victoria loves her grandsons and pass very time with theim. The relation between Victoria and her daughter, Jude's mother, Brooke is good. And even if Victoria doesn't belive be mother she has proved that she could be a good grandmother with Brooke's former foster daughter, Sam Walker.
- Brooke and Victoria always had a very strained relationship, mainly due to the fact that Victoria had never wanted to be a mother. During Brooke’s junior and senior year of high school, her parents were away and she lived on her own. They would shower her with money to keep her happy, but she never felt loved. Victoria was very dismissive of Brooke’s dreams to become a fashion designer, telling her she wasn’t that one in a million girl. After Clothes Over Bro’s became extremely successful, Brooke asked Victoria to work with her, hoping to form a closer bond. Victoria took the position and took advantage of Brooke. The two plotted against one another, and had the worst relationship possible. Many of the other characters saw the way Victoria treated Brooke and spoke out against it, especially Peyton. But with the introduction of honorary foster daughter Sam, Victoria seems to grow a heart and wants to get to know Brooke better. The two grow closer, with Victoria actually looking out for Brooke’s well-being and telling Brooke that she is proud of her. However, Victoria and Millie steal money from Clothes Over Bro’s, and Brooke gets in a lot of legal trouble because of it. Victoria pleads guilty to save Brooke from going to jail, and instead goes to jail herself. She is released around Thanksgiving. Brooke decides to sell the company, and Victoria disowns her. However Victoria gives Brooke in away and later after Brooke's childbirth Victoria becomes very close to her daughter and grandsons until Ted comes back to Tree Hill. Ted return causing new fights between the mother and the daughter.
- Julian has repeatedly faced Victoria in relation to the way she treated her daughter and that has helped Victoria to be the best spas with her daughter. And after the return of Ted, Julian tried to help Victoria with Brooke. Julian finds also that Victoria cook very good and is grateful to her to ensure on Jude and Davis.
