Keeh Rha was a Human male Jedi Knight who lived during the Mandalorian Wars and Jedi Civil War. Though only recently Knighted, his skill with the lightsaber was strong enough for Jedi Master Kavar to ask him to participate in the mission to capture Revan, the Dark Lord of the Sith. Asked by Marine Captain and fellow Knight Laera Reyolé if he had piloting skills in order to serve as an emergency helmsman if the 1st Marine Strike Platoon's assault lander was damaged or destroyed, Rha declined, stating that his skills were not up to par.

During the course of the battle aboard Darth Revan's flagship, he and his fellow Knights Haydin Biddell, Georg Oakes, and Noi-Vas Jenn followed the lead of Padawan Bastila Shan in cornering the Dark Lord on the bridge. Rha was killed, however, when Darth Malak opened fire on Revan's vessel, crippling it severely.
