Pepsi Max Big One is an Arrow Dynamics hyper roller coaster at Pleasure Beach Blackpool that opened in 1994.
Construction started in 1992 and finished in 1994. The ride needed many tons of steel to be constructed and developed. The Big One has been sponsered by Pepsi since it's opening until 2013. The chute where the train goes up the first hill has been designed to look like a horizontally-held Pepsi Max cola can. The ride is no longer sponsored by Pepsi. The Big One is the second "Hyper-Coaster" (a roller-coaster whose height exceeds 60 metres) in the world, behind Magnum XL-200 and the first in Europe and UK. It is also the first roller-coaster in the Europe whose track length exceeds over a mile.

At a height of 65 metres, the Big One was the tallest and fastest roller-coaster in the world at the time of it's opening. It was surpassed by Fujiyama in Japan as the tallest and fastest in the world. It was the steepest in the world, but that was overtaken by Oblivion in Alton Towers, England. It was the tallest and fastest in Europe, but Silver Star took those titles. It is still the tallest roller-coaster in UK, but it is no longer the fastest in the UK, as Stealth in Thorpe Park in England has took the title.
