Synopsis
| - A man is murdered by his son for his money but the ghost gets revenge by sending his pet dog to a neighbor in time to bring the man over to the dead man's house and hear his son's confession.
- Investigating the Blood Red Moon's mysterious Project Interior, Andrew Bennett takes Deborah Dancer and Dmitri Mishkin upstate. They attend a political meeting run by the racist Q.B. Stonewall, that is interrupted by black senator Eugene Olive. Bennett insists that he can smell vampirism on Stonewall. Later that night there is an attack on Olive's family by the KKK, and their house is set on fire. Deborah and Mishkin do everything they can, but are unable to save his wife. Stonewall is shown to be human when he dies of a heart attack, and they learn the smell was coming from his assistant. Bennett tracks her down to kill her, but Mishkin stops him. Dmitri reveals that this vampire was once his mother.
