- Spanner ist ein ehemaliger Ingenieur der Millefiore Famiglia und gehörte zu der Black Spell. Er ist der Entwickler der Strau Mosca Einheiten der Familie und ist auch für King Mosca und Mini Mosca (dieser jedoch nur im Anime) verantwortlich. Sein Auftreten ist ruhig und gelassen und ihn scheinen selbst die kritischsten Situationen nicht aus der Fassung zu bringen. Auch scheint es ihm egal zu sein, wem er bei technischen Problemen hilft, da er Tsunas X-Burner perfektioniert, obwohl dieser zu den Vongola gehört und er zuvor noch mit seinen Moscas gegen ihn gekämpft hat. Im Gegensatz zu manchen Millefiore Offizieren ist er nicht so kaltherzig und kann mit seinen Moscas zwar töten, doch sobald er es von Angesicht zu Angesicht tun muss, bringt er dies nicht übers Herz.
