Doctor Ravoc was a physician at the Central Hospital, a medical facility in the capital city on the planet Quarra. He was an associate of Dr. Kadan who was performing brainwashing techniques to wipe the memories of kidnapped humanoids who the Quarrens used for their work force. Dr. Ravoc was not aware of what Kadan was doing. He was also unaware that his government sanctioned these procedures. When Chakotay tried to rescue the USS Voyager crew who was subjected to the procedure, Dr. Ravoc was ordered by Kadan to transfer Chakotay to a neuropathology unit. He was told that Chakotay was suffering from mental illness.

When Chakotay tried to rescue the USS Voyager crew who was subjected to the procedure, Dr. Ravoc was ordered by Kadan to transfer Chakotay to a neuropathology unit. He was told that Chakotay was suffering from mental illness. Seven of Nine, who was brainwashed but was having flashbacks, went to Dr. Ravoc to tell him about her problem. Ravoc became suspicious of Kadan's diagnoses of mental illness, and discovered Kadan's illegal actions. He was shocked when Kadan told him that the government had sanctioned his actions to relieve the worker shortage on the planet. (VOY: "Workforce, Part II") Ravoc was played by actor Jay Harrington. His costume lot was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1]

Wenig später sucht ihn Seven of Nine auf und bittet auf das Dysphoria-Syndrom untersucht zu werden. Als Seven auf ein Treffen mit Kadan drängt, holt er diesen herbei. Inzwischen greift Seven of Nine auf die Datenbank zu und verlässt dann das Krankenhaus. Über diesen Vorfall ist Kadan wütend und weist Ravoc zurecht. Ravoc erkennt bald darauf, dass Kadan die Arbeiter einer neurologischen Operation unterzieht und will ihn melden. Daher wird er von Kadan betäubt und angeblich wegen Dysphoria-Syndrom in Behandlung genommen. Jedoch kann seine Behandlung durch Ermittler Yerid und die Offiziere der USS Voyager verhindert werden. (VOY: ) Ravoc wurde von Jay Harrington gespielt und von Rainer Döring synchronisiert.
