- The Rats (or Brats) are a race of normal (but also stupid) animals in YTP World. They were once the best scientists in the world during the World War III and they continued experimenting until...well, HE arrived. Now they are considered as just a waste of space in the world and eveyone hates them due to their actions when they joined Jenner during the cold war.
