  • Paul Herscu (born May 5, 1959) is an American homeopath. Herscu was born in Bucharest, Romania. He and his family moved to Israel in 1961, and relocated to the United States in 1969. Herscu was naturalised in 1975 and was granted an ND in 1986 from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine. From 1989 on, he and his wife Amy Rothenberg taught homeopathy. From 1991 till 2001, he published the New England Journal of Homeopathy. Herscu teaches homeopathy around the world and maintains a private practice in Enfield, Connecticut. He developed a theory called "Cycles and Segments". Herscu's major influences have been Samuel Hahnemann, James Tyler Kent, Baron Clemens Maria Franz von Boenninghausen, Constantine Hering, and Adolf von Lippe.
