The lights come on and it is revealed that Camel Spiders are the main monster in the hospital, it is later revealed in Extermination Notice that the hospital had an infestation problem with Camel Spiders being attracted to the canisters of formalidyhyde in the basement. Which would explain why some many inhabit the hospital now. Mother is the main camel spider, spanning at 12 feet with five feet leg span.
