Lugg was an incredibly strong, fat, trusting stoat member of the Ravagers and the mate of Gliv. He killed Dirva with the help of Gliv after being ordered to do so by Zwilt the Shade. Later, Zwilt told Lugg to slay an eel who lived in a great pool underneath Vilaya's lair, Althier. Lugg waded into the water and threw his spear, but only scratched the eel, which enraged it enough to come after Lugg and kill him. His death prompted his wife to betray Zwilt, whom she blamed for it.
