- Inner Focus prevents the Pokémon from flinching unless the opposing Pokémon has Mold Breaker, Teravolt or Turboblaze as its ability. When its effect activates, the quote " won't flinch because of its Inner Focus!" will appear.
- Inner Focus (Japanese: せいしんりょく Force of Will) is an ability introduced in Generation III.
- Inner Focus is a priest ability learned at level 36 for those with the Discipline specialization. It reduces the mana cost of a trio of healing spells, as well as increasing their critical strike effect by 100%.
- Inner Focus was an Ide Duelist technique which taught to gain control of all emotion so that he might be ready for anything during duels. As long as he was calm and ready for the enemy's attack, his own strike was calm and perfect.
