Norman P. Hall was a graphic artist of the early twentieth century. He illustrated one of the stories in Baum's American Fairy Tales (1901). Later he provided the cover illustration and frontispiece for Baum's Aunt Jane's Nieces in the Red Cross (1915). He should not be confused with H. Putnam Hall, who illustrated the first edition of Baum's Annabel.
