The TIR-Kashmir War began on October 13, 2015 when The Imperial Remnant declared war on Kashmir. The cases belli was a nuclear attack on The Shadow Legacy (who rebranded as TIR in 2014) by Jack Layton in 2013. Jack Layton was later admitted into Kashmir, who allegedly instructed TSL to "do something about it" at the time. Some two years after the fact, TIR responded with a DoW. However we feel that alliances in general should stand up for their principles if they feel slighted (and diplomatic measures are deemed inadequate) more often. Refusing to declare just because you know you are going to lose is a cowards line of thought. While I think our CB was just, I do not wish to delve further into it as its been discussed in depth here and it will likely just lead to more issues. With that I will bow out of the thread and wish Kashmir good luck with their rebuild. Just don't aid rogues hitting us and we should have no more issues!
