The rally was won by Sebastien Loeb, to give him the Championship lead. Petter Solberg took an excellent second place in his privateer Citroen, beating Sebastien Ogier on the final superspecial stage to take second by 1.1 seconds. Armindo Araujo won the PWRC category and Xavier Pons took first in the SWRC class.
