Young Joi (1970–1998), was a New York-based hip hop musician and record producer. He released his debut album "Free My Hometown Rep" in 1992 and sold a couple thousand copies thereafter. Joi rose to fame when he disseminated the famous 1964 miscellany album Pop Goes The Trunk. Young Joi was friends with Big Rock, Juicy Mama and G.C.J..
