Simplicity 1453; ©1946; Junior Misses' and Misses' Evening Dress: The dart-fitted bodice front is shaped at upper and lower adges. The skirt, seamed down the center front and back, is gathered into the bodice below the nearest waistline. Styles I and II have shoulder straps of dress fabric and a ruffle which fits around upper edge of bodice and over the shoulders. Style II has a contrasting bodice. Style III has a lower back than I or II and a narrow ruffle outlines the upper edge. A wide ribbon-trimmed ruffle finishes the skirt.
