He used this power to recreate Seaboard City the way he always knew it. Green Lantern, Hawkgirl, Flash and J'onn J'onzz were transported to Seaboard City's dimension, and briefly fought beside the revived Justice Guild. Suspicious of events that seemed to be too coincidental, Green Lantern and Hawkgirl exposed Ray's illusion.
