Keith Barron (born 8th August 1934 in Yorkshire) appeared on Coronation Street in the minor role of George Trench during 2007. Barron is best known for his roles in Duty Free, Jackanory, Haggard, and the film The Land That Time Forgot. He started his acting career with Sheffield Repertory, followed by his television debut playing a minor role in The Avengers TV series in 1961. Shortly after, he also appeared on stage with Bristol Old Vic.
