- A Change of Face was performed on The Muppets on Puppets and The Ed Sullivan Show. A doctor, played by Rex Robbins, prescribes a change for the Southern Colonel, whose life has gotten into a rut. Robbins changes the Colonel from an old man to a teenage boy, then a hipster, then a poet, then a mobster, then a drunk, and then an alien. Robbins is freaked out by this last and tries to change him back to an old man, but gets his features upside down. __NOWYSIWYG__

| - A Change of Face was performed on The Muppets on Puppets and The Ed Sullivan Show. A doctor, played by Rex Robbins, prescribes a change for the Southern Colonel, whose life has gotten into a rut. Robbins changes the Colonel from an old man to a teenage boy, then a hipster, then a poet, then a mobster, then a drunk, and then an alien. Robbins is freaked out by this last and tries to change him back to an old man, but gets his features upside down. The template of the sketch (altering the facial features to affect the character) was previously employed by Jim Henson on a 1966 appearance on The Mike Douglas Show and The Muppets on Puppets in 1968. He later made a similar demonstration on The Dick Cavett Show in 1971. __NOWYSIWYG__
