These children are used by the evil Inventor for his many inventions, either as a powersource or as the inventions themselves. Also referred to as " juvinile delinquents" these boys are mainly seen as the power sorce for THE ALPHA WHALE!!!! Though they seem to be kept in rather poor condition they are given their scheduled breaks every now and then because they are "good for productivity". Most of the boys are in poor physical condition excpet for one rather musculous boy who weilds a sword with a pokey hand on it. There is also a boy in a wheelchair. They also seem to be afraid of swords by the way they were so called "defenseless" when the cork came off the end of the sword. Also one is going to go to art school.
