The Zoenamy vessels were combatant vessels on the side of the Coalition of Planets allies, making up vital picket patrols during the Earth-Romulan War. Entering service on reference stardate 0/8601, 119 vessels of the Zoenamy series were built over the vessel's design lifetime. After the Federation was founded, many of these destroyers joined the nascent Federation Starfleet.

abstract	The Zoenamy-class was a type of Centauran Concordium starship, a corvette in service in the 22nd century. The Zoenamy vessels were combatant vessels on the side of the Coalition of Planets allies, making up vital picket patrols during the Earth-Romulan War. Entering service on reference stardate 0/8601, 119 vessels of the Zoenamy series were built over the vessel's design lifetime. After the Federation was founded, many of these destroyers joined the nascent Federation Starfleet. The USS Runemark was one of many of these vessels to fight the Romulan Star Empire. On reference stardate 0101.28, the Runemark was destroyed at Canis Minoris XII after a running battle with a Romulan-crewed U4-class cruiser. Despite the Runemark's destruction, the Zoenamy-class vessel's crew were successful in severely damaging the Romulan ship. (FASA RPG module: The Romulan War) The source material specifies Federation allegiance for all allied vessels in the Romulan War, but later canon contradicts this in stating that this was prior to the Federation founding. In accordance with the canon version, these vessels are referred to as Coalition of Planets allies for the purposes of this wiki.
