Bob Birdsell (born December 10, 1947 in Stettler, Alberta) is a retired Canadian right winger who was chosen 8th overall by the Detroit Red Wings in the 1965 NHL Amateur Draft. He never played for the Red Wings or even in the NHL. In 1968-69 Bridsell played for the Canadian National Team and then turned pro in 1969-70 with the Salt Lake Golden Eagles. He played another three seasons in the minor pros and retired in 1973.
