It was loaded with flechette-filled canister which, upon barrel exit, exploded, releasing dozens of flechette darts in a 8 meter long, 45 degrees wide cone, capable of piercing blast vests and even stormtrooper armor. A four-barreled weapon, it could fire one, two or all four barrels at a time. If all four barrels were fired simultaneously, the amount of flechette darts in the air were devastating to any creature, and would shred an unarmoured man and seriously injure or kill an armoured man.
