Toaru Kagaku no Railgun Manga Volume 06 is the sixth volume released for the Toaru Kagaku no Railgun Manga. The tankobon details Misaka Mikoto meeting Kamijou Touma, and the former's attempts into going back to her every day life. She later discovers that the huge experiment couldn't be conducted without the aid of Academy City, and determines to end the experiment even if she were to make the City her enemy. Her plans fall to naught however, after she learns that the Tree Diagram, a key part in the experiment has been destroyed for weeks, and that the experiment continues on without it. Mikoto falls into despair, and in desperation plans to commit a suicidal attack on Accelerator to throw off the researchers' calculation. The volume continues with Touma confronting Mikoto regarding the experiments and actions, and is later struck down by her during his efforts to stop her from getting herself killed. The latter half of the volume has Touma take the point-of-view, and has him confront Accelerator himself to ruin the premise of the experiments. The volume ends as Accelerator, bloodied and embarrassed by Touma, whips up a storm, in an effort to subdue him. Mikoto later calls on Misaka 10032, to aid her in helping Touma through the use of the Sisters.
