  • __noeditsection__ Ali G, formerly known as Alistair Leslie Graham before his induction into da West Staines Massive, is a dangerous and fearsome individual that is highly black. He has gained a large following among his urban youth subculture, and is revered by many for his sick rhymes, his tight gang-bangin' skills, and his searing social commentary on the decay of urban society. Ali G is also notable for his attempt at government reform back in 2002. Taking control of the Staines political party as their de facto leader and representative MP, Alistair Graham sought to bring many social changes and welfare revolutionisation. His attitude proved popular, eventually becoming Prime Minister Gambon's deputy aid and main advisor. Despite the constant admiration and "respek" he receives, he has been parodied numerous times by social satirist and DJ Tim Westwood. Although Westwood has not named Ali G as his target of satire (for fear of drive-by), he has made several allusions that he is riffing on Ali G's reputation and mystique.
