You’ve never experienced a real adventure firsthand, and you’re sick of it. You’re fifteen years old. It’s time you did something exciting. You love your parents, no mistake, but they’re far too protective of you. You need to go out there and get in some trouble. Fortunately you’ve got partners in crime. You and Alit’sor Vo (Alex Lawson) have been, shall we say, entangled since not long after the Caravan made landfall. The two of you are quite delightfully happy together, but you do have constant worries about the relationship destabilizing—you know full well the dangers of only having two people together. Perhaps if you had a third, you’d join as a triad, but for now what you have with Alit is mostly just fun experimentation. You haven’t taken that final step yet, though—you’ve never seen each other with your masks off. You’ve been together in the night without masks, but that was in the dark. Seeing each other in the light, seeing each other’s true faces… that’s a more intense intimacy than you’re ready for. You have briefly toyed with the idea of bringing your best friend Elis’tof (Iris Colan) into it, but decided against it. The two of you did hook up, once, back on the boats, but you realized you like her better as a friend, and are perfectly happy with that. If she did want it, you could definitely see yourself falling for her if you wanted to, but you seem to work much better as friends, and she agrees. Also, you get the sense that Alit’sor doesn’t much like her. Nonetheless, the three have decided that tonight, you’re going to sneak away from the Caravan, and go have an adventure, one way or another.
