Çandarlı Halil Pasha (died 1 June 1453), also known as Çandarlı Halil Pasha the Younger (to differentiate from his grandfather Çandarlı Kara Halil Hayreddin Pasha), was a highly influential Ottoman grand vizier under the sultans Murat II and, for the first few years of his reign, Mehmet II (from 1439 to 1 June 1453 precisely). He was a member of the Çandarlı family, a highly influential political family in the Ottoman Empire. He is not to be confused with his grandfather, Çandarlı Kara Halil Hayreddin Pasha, whom he was named after and who had also served as grand vizier, under Murat I.
